‍Responsibilities:‍

• Manage all stages of video production, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
• Develop production timelines and schedules, making sure all team members are aware of their roles and deadlines.
• Coordinate logistics, including booking locations, arranging transportation, and managing equipment needs.
• Create, distribute, and confirm call sheets for each day of production.
• Monitor production progress to ensure that timelines are adhered to and adjust schedules as necessary.
• Liaise between different departments and teams to ensure clear communication and efficient workflow.
• Oversee post-production schedules and coordinate with editing and graphics teams to meet final delivery deadlines.
• Keep track of production expenses and ensure projects stay within budget.

‍Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Producer or similar role in video production.
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Strong understanding of the video production process, from pre-production to post-production.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adjust plans quickly when necessary.
• Proficient in production software and tools.
